On 25th may, 2019, i paid 1749/- and booked a connection for tata sky hd set top box. I was promised installation within 24 hrs, but i neither got a call, nor the connection.
I have been patiently waiting, i have called the company a few times and given them time to solve my problem. Each time i have been very polite with them, as i don't know what issues they may be facing.
Now, it's over 1 month, and my patience is over. I need the problem to be resolved immediately else i will be acting in full force, and it will be the end of this company! They are not aware of the potential of an average engineer.
