[Resolved]  Onlinedthservice.com — Seems Fraud Site - placed an order for remote no update

Got my remote, it seems they are not giving proper delivery timings while placing the order and also no emails/message confirming order is placed and then regular status update . Customer service is also very poor they dont have any information of order . Its creating confusion in customer mind that they are fraud but seems its not the case . They just need to strenthen their IT system
