I have ordered a tata sky remote of rs 439 on 4th april and it has been a month. I have mailed them many times but no reply. Once i had got a reply once saying queries will be cleared after lockdown. But no use they are not responding again and i have not yet received my order or any further notification my order #115411 please refund my amount or deliver my order please.
