Dear team,
I ordered "TATA SKY Set Top Box" for my sister on 24/12/2021 through onlinedthservice.com, made online payment at the time of order itself for Rs 3999. After waiting for some days I contacted customer care service. They told me that this offer is closed (on website offer is as 'Critsmus offer' but don't know how it closed before Christmas) so I submitted refund request. As per company's refund policy payment will be returned within 7 to 10 days. But till now I have not received my payment. As my financial condition is very weak, I could not pay my sister back. I humbly request you to please do the needful.
