After my order was not delivered, i tried reaching the the given customer care number but it was switched off. I left a couple of messages on the website chat option and an email this morning india time which were not reverted.

After trying several times, i received a call from the representative amit, who mentioned that the order was not delivered because the delivery boy could not reach the number that was given to them.
Please note that my number was not given by your india team to canada team to co ordinate, if your company is unable to do so because of your working hours.

After not receiving any update from your company : i had shared the customer care number with the client who was already furious because of the failed delivery was annoyed by the reason amit mentioned: and the lack of professionalism. Instead of an apology, amit continued to disrespect my boss and me over the phone call.

I ordered a cake from this website and it had to be delivered to Canada. The cake was not delivered. My CC was charged 3700rs and on calling them 22 times they answered my call and then they were very rude and hung up the phone while I was speaking to them. They said they would not deliver the money or send the cake and they hung up the phone. The man's name was Amit. And the customer service was horrible and very very rude. I am now left without a cake or the refund..
