I have ordered a cake for nov 9th, 17 but they confirmed my order for 09th nov, 18. I asked them to send me the booking details where i mentioned that booking was for 2018 but they never sent anything coz they didnt have any proof then i asked them on the same day to cancel and process the refund but they were not ready to profess the refund. After my order was not delivered, i tried reaching the given customer care number (+91 [protected]) but it was switched off. I left a couple of messages on the website chat option and an email this morning india time which were not reverted.

I am forced to share the below experience to help my friends to never ever use their service.
