OnlineStation.in — Sending item after mail sent for cancellation of order. | |||
I ordered a magic bullet (order no.[protected] but before dispatch I send an email for cancelling the order to [protected]@onlinestation.in on 2nd Mar. 2017 at 7.20pm. But instead of cancelling they dispatched the item on 3/3/17 at 15.53.13.(as par India post tracking page). Now they are sending me email, if I refuse to receive the item I will have to pay the 2 way charges along with the taxes or will have to face legal actions. I tried to contact several times to [protected], but the line diverted and disconnected. No proper web site, no proper address. Is it a genuine company? People should be cautious and conscious of these type of companies. Was this information helpful? | |||

I bought magic bullet but one of its jar is broken... plz look into my problem..and replace my jar as soon as possible..
