Onlineworksjob — using unethical ways to extract money

This company made me sign a digital contract for a week's work. There was problem in their server (As they say) that is why i could not complete the work. Work was provided on 4th december and since that day i have not been able to work due to the technical problems at the company. Now the seven days deadline ends tomorrow and they are asking me to register for new work or pay the fine of rs.3000. Now i dont have time for work and i dont want to work for this fraud people. I am a poor student and cannot cannot afford to pay a penny to this scam company. They are threating me. I want immediate action against these people.
