Ontheshop Saree — Received wrong and low quality product

Hi,

I had ordered an apple red saree which looked beautiful but I received some brown colored and cheap quality saree.
I reached out to their customer care number : [protected]
One man received the call and said they can refund the money back for which he asked my google pay number and said he would send a message which I had to forward to another number that he gave which he said was his refund team's number.
Later he asked me to open calculator and type my last four digits of my account number and UPI pin.
Seriously, does he think we are fools? I have recorded the call and I want these fraudsters behind the bars.
I believe there would be many ladies who would have faced this.

We need to catch hold of them!
