This website send you wrong pdcts deliberately and when we contact them for refund they will ask to share your bank details. They will share a link via sms and will ask you to send it back from your registered number in bank so that they could have all your bank details....

I have ordered printed linen saree they delivered a piece of purple colour cloth.. Such a waste a big fraudster.....

I have ordered satin denim blue saree from ontheshop saree i paid 900 rs they delivered me wrong product with cheap quality of material and i am trying to return the same but site has been blocked for me then i called on customer care number they are rediculas executive they are very rude and untrained people they abuse me. They asked me to share my debit card number with pin by saying u have to pay onljne...

Neither does the saree match the photo nor has the quality. No response to the email sent earlier or the contact number unavailable not reachable. I have been cheated comprehensively. The product needs replacement or should be returned....

I had ordered 2 sarees on 28th August and Made a payment of 1598 (799+799).

Payment made via Razorpay.

The saree I ordered was - APPLE RED COLOUR PLAIN LINEN SAREE AND GOLDEN PRINT BORDER WITH CREAM COLOUR PRINTED BLOUSE

What I received was not even close to what I ordered. Attached are photos. Also pictures of the invoices and product received.

I had ordered two sarees from ontheshop saree online website on september 3. The initial confirmation email came promptly but i have not heard anything else from them despite emailing them 3 times to check on delivery updates. Till date i haven’t heard from them. I’d like to cancel the order but there is no option for that too....

I had ordered an apple red saree which looked beautiful but I received some brown colored and cheap quality saree.
I reached out to their customer care number : [protected]
One man received the call and said they can refund the money back for which he asked my google pay number and said he would send a message which I had to forward to another number that he gave which he said was his refund team's number....

I ordered two sarees online from the above online store by making full payment. I have recieved two very low quality sarees of totally different colour and type than what was ordered...

This company is a fraud and asks for details such as upi id when asked for refund as they often send wrong products on delivery. Also they ask you to install a team viewer app which gives the the access of your phone and then you are gone. Beware of this company and report this company as much as possible....

This website is a fraud online shopping platform promoted on facebook (https://ontheshop.in/collections/cottan-sarees). it sells wrong products to customers and when the customers demand for return or refund they either tell you to install a team viewer app on your phone from which they can take the entire access of your phone or they somehow ask about the upi id through which they can vacate your account....

I had placed order for 2 sarees n paid Rs. 1600/-. My order number is #4025, received via mail. On September 1st, I received my order after 8 days and got some different poor quality cheap saree and a piece of white cloth. Pls initiate my correct order or refund at earliest. On contacting the customer care number [protected], the person had the audacity to accept he is scamming people for money and also made some vulgar comments when I called...

I had placed order fr three sarees n paid Rs. 2587/- online on 27th Aug 2020. No order no. or contact no. ws provided. Repeated emails hv bn unanswered.

Today i have recd my order after 8 days and all the sarees are wrong..i never placed order for those...

Pls initiate my correct order or refund at earliest. Also share a contact no. where the grievances can be shared. Else be prepared to face a notice from Consumer...

I have ordered 2 sarees of Rs.1598.00 from https://ontheshop.in/
Recieved different sarees with very bad quality. I mailed them regarding refund & return with photos attached but didn't recieve any response from them. I wrote review on their site against product as "very bad" response to that review via mail was instant but they are not showing my review there. No contact no. available on site. Kindly help to get my money back....
