I sent the courier of my theft mobile handset.My Intimation ID is AD_AT_170315_1534678.My name is Upesh Parmar from Ahmedabad.I have filled all the the forms for the claim and courier it to banglore office.After talking to your customer care executive i was informed that my claim is under rejection due to sign mismatch. Although i personally signed and did the all needed procedure for the claim.This is an inappropriate answer for claim request.It is my humble request to recheck my documents.It is my only hope to recover money of my theft mobile. please sir help me with it.
