Hi,
As my accessories was approaching end of warranty when my charger cord was not working. It was replaced by Service Center executive on the same day when I had this pathetic experience.
To my surprise replaced Cord didn't even worked for 1 month and it stopped working.
I don't know whether service center has deliberately given me some Cord which will stop working in a month time, then I have to purchase new one as warranty of cord/charger was for 6 months only.
Date of Purchase: 14/10/2016
Date of Replacement of Cord: 07/04/2017
Model: OPPO F1 Plus.
Please let me know whether there is any policy of the company to give faulty accessories in replacement as and when warranty period is approaching.
Also request you to let me know what needs to be done to replace cord.
