I Am Using Oppo F15 Phone, suddenly White Line Appeared On My Screen on date 10th Of August 2023... there is no physical damage on screen. So I have raised a complaint on Twitter (X), Oppo care India have replied and asked for some details in inbox, I have provided required details... then they suggested to visit OPPO Service Center...

Bad service of oppo customer service and not replacing the phone

I bought oppo a57 from near by shop on loan and I start to use the phone next day itself and i realised my voice is not audible to the other person but we can hear them. I report this issue with shop and when they checked it, its start working . But after that again the issue came.tmso I called the shop with same phone and they were not able to hear my voice. Sometimes it's work but Sometimes it's not. Then the shop said they will replace it. And they collected the product. After 2 days no information from them and I checked then they said they couldn't find any issue so they can't replace it. The shop staff itself experienced that the phone has issue. But now the oppo service
centre twere not able to find the issue they are saying is that they can replace it. The the thrissur service centre behaviored very badly that they won't replace it because they didn't find any issue. Otherwise they will change speaker and give back to the same product. I haven't even used the phone more than 2 to 3 days then how come I can agree this.
I want new product or if they can't refund me and close the loan . That's it.
Contacted many oppo service centre and they are resolving my issue.

Oppo Reno 2 issues

Dear Team,
I have an Oppo Reno2 phone the phone is in warranty, I have been facing issues from March2020, issue is my phone is in warranty, and phone not used harshly, nor it was pressed thru pressure then also my screen got damaged, after reaching service center they say it will not be covered in warranty as the screen is damaged, whereas my question where my fault lies in this the phone became hot and automatically screen became black, please get this issue resolved .

This is with reference to the trailing email; we would like to update you that 1st time after using iphone we had decided to use oppo phone and we are highly disappointed with our decision.
We purchased oppo f7 handset from your thane naupada showroom on 27th may'2018. Recently we observed white spot on the right side of the mobile on display (Which was spreading rapidly). Hence we submitted the handset on 17th of jan'2019 at thane naupada to attend our complaint. We had been told that we will get our handset in 2-3 days from the service center and then we can collect the same. We have been wait and then we started the follow up with the same showroom for our handset.
We visited your thane outlet and asking for our handset but getting the regular feedback saying that the same has not been done yet due to non-availability of display at service center and we will inform you once it’s done almost 10 day’s same answer. As you aware that the mobile is an essential component of your life as its required for your day to day requirement like accessing corporate emails and social connectivity.
As we were not getting any solution for our query, finally we decided to communicate the issue to your service center personal mr. Moonis shaikhon (Mobile no. [protected]) on 31st jan'2019 afternoon. We were thinking that someone will now attend to us but bad part is on that no one from your service center nor mr. Moonis shaikh is bother to reply or to acknowledge the receipt of our email (Kindly refer below our communication). Worse part is even after sending the reminder for twice on the same day there were no response of the said emails. So from that time again. We were warring about the service level of oppo.
So from the day we had given the handset to oppo till 31st its a 14 days and i am not able to know what is the status of my mobile and no one from oppo was able to tell us the concrete date that when we will get back our mobile.
Again as a follow up from our side, we had sent our 3rd reminder email to mr. Moonis shaikh expecting some feedback and in the afternoon he replied with the apology saying your mobile is ready and you can collect it. This feedback and confirmation we received only after we raised our request for replacement of new handset or refund of purchase amount.
It’s a concern to think about that if there was non availability of display in service center how suddenly cell got repaired? Also we had call with mr. Moonis he told my wife that they were having 1 spare display which they putted now then why not in last 10 days?
After raising this question then he told he just cleaned up display. What we have to understand actually what he did with phone.
We are fail to understand that if the matter was only cleaning the display then why the same has not did earlier and kept pending for 14 days. This has only been done as customer is asking for replacement of refund so whatever it is just repair and give it back to them. This approach is very unethical. It is completely misguiding to us and by saying authorized service center oppo is making us fool.
Because of all this and past experience of 14 days now we don’t trust oppo brand further and come to the conclusion that we had made a big mistake by choosing oppo as our mobile partner. As a service provider we have lost our complete trust from this brand. Instead of accepting the mistake mr. Moonis was continually arguing with us and was forcing us to accept that nothing has happened wrong and he was right. As there was a delay in these 14 days mr. Moonis was not even bother to talk to us directly and to intimate us about his technical issues.
It is clearly showing that unless and until you will not take any strong stand you will not get the service. The big concern for us is till 14 days there were technical issue and once the customer is asking for replacement or cash back immediately the handset gets repaired. What you want us to understand from this. What is the guarantee that tomorrow again we will not face the same issue in future? As you have repaired as of now so it will work. Post 6 months the product will be out of warranty at that time what we should do. If the product was working fine at least for the year and then something goes wrong, we understand but here within warranty and within 5 months only we face the issue. This is the reason we were asking for replacement or refund.
On the basis of various answers, we have received from mr. Moonis how you want us to trust oppo. It’s very difficult to convince our self to use again oppo phones. Its effecting and giving bad impact in market. Hence it’s our humble request to please refund our amount without any further delay.
Your attention and immediate action in this matter is highly appreciated.

phone edge slightly purple

Happend to my phone suddenly i woke up jst saw my phone edges were slightly purple i was on mobile somethng for 2 hours continues its started growing whole day working on phne its started increasing so at night i switchoff my phne after 10 hours when i woke up there was nothing all was ok again after 2-3 hours continously i was der on mobile again its started whats happening let me knw bought thia mobile couple of months ago

Faulty accessories replacement by service centre
Hi,
As my accessories was approaching end of warranty when my charger cord was not working. It was replaced by Service Center executive on the same day when I had this pathetic experience.
To my surprise replaced Cord didn't even worked for 1 month and it stopped working.
I don't know whether service center has deliberately given me some Cord which will stop working in a month time, then I have to purchase new one as warranty of cord/charger was for 6 months only.
Date of Purchase: 14/10/2016
Date of Replacement of Cord: 07/04/2017
Model: OPPO F1 Plus.
Please let me know whether there is any policy of the company to give faulty accessories in replacement as and when warranty period is approaching.
Also request you to let me know what needs to be done to replace cord.

Oppo a37f faulty handset

I have purchased an oppo a37f from poorvika mobiles kandanchavadi chennai, on oct 1st 2016. It had the overheating issue since the day of purchase. Same is brought into the oppo service center adyar (Smile care). They have given response that, it is due to the water logging and the mother bord needs to be replaced. Also it is not covered under warranty. The mother board replacement cost will be 5000rs.
The phone was faulty even before purchased and i would not be held responsible for the problem. Oppo should bear all the responsibility to refund my money or replace the handset.
