Oppo India — very bad response from service centre mr. mr. moon shaikh (mobile no. [protected])

This is with reference to the trailing email; we would like to update you that 1st time after using iphone we had decided to use oppo phone and we are highly disappointed with our decision.

We purchased oppo f7 handset from your thane naupada showroom on 27th may'2018. Recently we observed white spot on the right side of the mobile on display (Which was spreading rapidly). Hence we submitted the handset on 17th of jan'2019 at thane naupada to attend our complaint. We had been told that we will get our handset in 2-3 days from the service center and then we can collect the same. We have been wait and then we started the follow up with the same showroom for our handset.

We visited your thane outlet and asking for our handset but getting the regular feedback saying that the same has not been done yet due to non-availability of display at service center and we will inform you once it’s done almost 10 day’s same answer. As you aware that the mobile is an essential component of your life as its required for your day to day requirement like accessing corporate emails and social connectivity.

As we were not getting any solution for our query, finally we decided to communicate the issue to your service center personal mr. Moonis shaikhon (Mobile no. [protected]) on 31st jan'2019 afternoon. We were thinking that someone will now attend to us but bad part is on that no one from your service center nor mr. Moonis shaikh is bother to reply or to acknowledge the receipt of our email (Kindly refer below our communication). Worse part is even after sending the reminder for twice on the same day there were no response of the said emails. So from that time again. We were warring about the service level of oppo.

So from the day we had given the handset to oppo till 31st its a 14 days and i am not able to know what is the status of my mobile and no one from oppo was able to tell us the concrete date that when we will get back our mobile.

Again as a follow up from our side, we had sent our 3rd reminder email to mr. Moonis shaikh expecting some feedback and in the afternoon he replied with the apology saying your mobile is ready and you can collect it. This feedback and confirmation we received only after we raised our request for replacement of new handset or refund of purchase amount.

It’s a concern to think about that if there was non availability of display in service center how suddenly cell got repaired? Also we had call with mr. Moonis he told my wife that they were having 1 spare display which they putted now then why not in last 10 days?
After raising this question then he told he just cleaned up display. What we have to understand actually what he did with phone.

We are fail to understand that if the matter was only cleaning the display then why the same has not did earlier and kept pending for 14 days. This has only been done as customer is asking for replacement of refund so whatever it is just repair and give it back to them. This approach is very unethical. It is completely misguiding to us and by saying authorized service center oppo is making us fool.

Because of all this and past experience of 14 days now we don’t trust oppo brand further and come to the conclusion that we had made a big mistake by choosing oppo as our mobile partner. As a service provider we have lost our complete trust from this brand. Instead of accepting the mistake mr. Moonis was continually arguing with us and was forcing us to accept that nothing has happened wrong and he was right. As there was a delay in these 14 days mr. Moonis was not even bother to talk to us directly and to intimate us about his technical issues.

It is clearly showing that unless and until you will not take any strong stand you will not get the service. The big concern for us is till 14 days there were technical issue and once the customer is asking for replacement or cash back immediately the handset gets repaired. What you want us to understand from this. What is the guarantee that tomorrow again we will not face the same issue in future? As you have repaired as of now so it will work. Post 6 months the product will be out of warranty at that time what we should do. If the product was working fine at least for the year and then something goes wrong, we understand but here within warranty and within 5 months only we face the issue. This is the reason we were asking for replacement or refund.

On the basis of various answers, we have received from mr. Moonis how you want us to trust oppo. It’s very difficult to convince our self to use again oppo phones. Its effecting and giving bad impact in market. Hence it’s our humble request to please refund our amount without any further delay.

Your attention and immediate action in this matter is highly appreciated.
