[Resolved]  Optima Smart — poor quality of service and product

This is our third complaint on web against the company but till now we haven't got any solution to our problem by you. We are unable to understand why you people are not capable to solve the problem are u unable to refund or exchange the product. We are facing many problems like the process for charging bad quality of pixels poor quality of incoming voice no flash and gets hang again and again .This proves that it was our wrong decision to buy a product of optima smart...
