Few months before I bought an optima phone from your company on July 8... We are facing a lot of problems with the phone.. due to our request phone was also exchanged but again the gadget has started showing its tantrums as same as before..Main problem we are facing is of charging, the jack has broken and due this the flash is also not working. I really feel disheartened that why I bought this ridiculous phone from your company while I had a variety of options at this rate. I really hope that u take a strict action for this complaint. Its your moral duty to make your customers happy and improve the quality of your gadgets

Optima Smart — Faulty product
Bought OP-1100 Optima Smart product. Barely used more than couple of times and second time it started giving problem. How can one expect a very new product to get faulty in just two uses. It really bad service and product. Please help me in replace it as i travel frequently and need it replacement ASAP.
