i bought optima and it is seriously showing its problems and even u ppl are not replying. this product is really a waste of money. there are no efforts by your side, i hope u should make ur products good enough to atleast work a year bt ur product has started showing its problems in a week or two, its jack is already broken its really hard to charge the phn to take off the battery again and again now its been really troublesome for me to do the same. . how can u fool like this to people. i request for replacement as soon as possible and please dont force me to take actions against ur company.
