Sir'mam, they call me and asked me to join their company n I agreed wid dm n nw they r asking me to pay money n if I refused to pay it they will file a case against me. Please help me in any cost of this

In these is company and did not intimate that agreement and if you pay money as penalty and and threaten me to give a legal notice sir and please help me in that case
