Opulentus has taken approx INR 85, 000/- for Canada Immigration however They have not provided all the necessary detailsconsultancy prior to taking money and once I paid money they have asked so many documents, even they have not provided complete details of IELTS and I am having loan of INR 20, 00000/- I have informed the same and then they said you can tell lie.

1. They have blocked my mail ID which help to understand that you are hiding many things, please share all my email communication without alteringdeleting any mails So that I can collected necessary mailscommunication and take legal help and that should active till my final legal outcome.

2. They have not provided appropriate consultancy as prior to take moneystart process you should check standard of mycandidate's EnglishIELTS but you have not done any such things even you have not shared more information about IELTS.

3. Prior to take money, You have not shared that I have to collect Many documents which has badly impacted on my routine works.

4. Prior to take money They have not informed that I have to send educational documents on my own expense to WES.

5. YouTeam have not provided necessary details to get evaluated my PG (MSC-IT) from Icas.

6. Most probably I was eligible for SINP and Manitoba but YouTeam have not provided necessary details for SINP.

I Had paid Rs 86250 few years back for Canada Immigration 1913 to Opulentus Overseas Edu Pvt Ltd. The company does nothing except duping the people of their hard earned income. They cheated me by repeated lies and giving false info about my eligibility on the basis of IELTS scores diplomatically. They never inform clients about the pros and cons of the process. At the time of signup they beg us and promise getting a visa/PR is an easy job, after we pay the money they start revealing the actual problems. They lied to me in every step of the process since the first day. Theirs is a worst service and they tortured me like anything .They changed the case officers every day and would not listen to me and behaved like illiterates, only language they understand is MONEY. They are total fraudsters please take strict action against them. They are not even refunding the amount. I can provide all the references when required. They have cheated many innocent people like me. I have the print screen shots of all the complaints registered against this company and other proofs against these cheaters that have aggravated me to this proclamation…Few days back I got a letter from Opulentus (Divergence team) that i am now not eligible for refund. After waiting for 4 years these cheaters have taken my money and are not ready to pay back. Please HELP.

Hi:

I have been called by one of the staff members of Opulentus Overseas Careers, Apurupa Towers, 3rd floor, B-293/82/A, Plot No: 467, Road no: 36, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500034, Ph:[protected], in the month of January 2017 to inform me about a newly launched program named Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program for Canada. The prerequisites stated were that,

1. I have to have a minimum IELTS score of 4.5 band. - I acquired 6.5 band spent Rs. 11300
2. Work experience of 2 years.- I have 19 years experience.
3. My educational certificates to be evaluated by WES Canada. - I kept it on hold as none of the employers were responding and I had to incur Rs. 17000 for that.
4. The most important aspect being I have to have a job offer by a Canadian employer. - None of the employer had contacted me until today.

The counselors, Ms. Sabiya and Mr. Srikant have explained me upon reaching the office about the details of the program and that the process will be finished within a span of 6 months. Mr. Srikanth stated that they are going to give it to a global employment agency named www.Jobsog.com wherein they have got their agents spread across the globe and will do a thorough search for my employment in Canada and find a job for me. However after registering with jobsob I came to know that they do not have any agents anywhere in the world but they are sitting at their office in Hyderabad and searching for jobs online.

Also during the counseling session, Mr. Srikanth had told me that all that I need to incur only Rs. 1, 00, 000 for the whole process, that is searching and finding a job, visa charges, etc. He had gone out of the cabin four to five times to discuss about the process with his manager and had asserted me that all that I would be incurring is Rs. 100, 000. Having said that he asked me to pay Rs. 50, 000 as advance and the rest can be paid after I get the visa for which I have accepted.

The next day I made an advance payment of Rs. 50, 000 to them by a SBI cheque. I got a call after two days from Mr. Srikanth stating that he has mistaken of the charges and stated that their fees is Rs. 100, 000 and I have to incur another Rs. 60, 000 for my visa separately, which is absurd what I feel because they were playing foul. Initially, they stated it was one lakh in total and then after they received the advance they have changed the word. I had to accept it and they have made me to accept it because they got my money in their hands I had no other choice but to accept.

They have posted me a set of contract documents, which had consisted of 19 pages of information, which are all for the company's benefits, none of them were for the protection of my amount. I have not signed the contract as there were some flaws in it like the University I studied in UK has been changed to some Indian University. Upon speaking to Ms. Sabiya about this she stated that she would be sending that specific document for replacement and has not yet sent to me until today, hence I had not signed the contract document and did not submit to them.

Meanwhile I used to get phone calls from their staff people to get the updates on submission of documents, writing IELTS exam, etc. I have explained to them the reason for not sending my education documents to the WES as there was no job offer, I also I also stated that I will send my documents to WES as soon as I get a job offer from any of the employers.

In the proces I have incurred so much money (Rs. 71, 300) viz, advance to them Rs. 50, 000 + Rs. 11300 (IELTS) + 5000 (police certificate from UK) + Rs. 5000 (PGADMS certification submission by the university to WES directly).

Upon requesting for the refund, they said that they have got a team for grievance handling and stated that it would take them around 45 to 90 days. And after 90 days they have come up with the judgment, a copy of which has been attached for your scrutiny. It states that I will not get any refund back as they had invested the money in the company and for other purposes.

I had requested them to refund at least 50% of the amount, but they are unwilling to repay.

Can you please take up the issue and see that my money is refunded as the services are not rendered and they have deceived me.

I worked with this company for more than 6 months...they asked me to leave on the 30 of the month saying non performance is d reason...didn't pay me a single money . I gave them total business of approx. More than 5lacks during my stay there including 1.26 lacks in d month I was made to quit...am following up for last 3months to get my salary for last and full n final but centre head Pramidha and reporting manager Namrata not ready to...am sending them legal notice.

All professionals and candidates who are looking for job overseas or placements outside india, beware, i will say again beware of this absolute fraud consultancy, because this company...

We started with australian immigration process in april 2017 and they have charged us a hugh amount. They have promised to give the services but i have never seen such unprofessional company in my life. They gave us false updates and we got the exact information from australian embassy and they told us the requirements in late may 2017. So we have already wasted more than 2 months. Then opulentus asks us to apply for canada and they never call us or answer the call or schedule a call with their case officer. They never called us to give any kind o[censored]pdates. When we call them they are least bothered to give us the information. Now when we have a raised a request a refund they are not answering the call and in case if they answer they will hang up the call on your face. Please help us out in getting a refund from them as these people will never value others time and others money. I think this company should be blacklisted and no one should apply from them. They are just there to fool people and charge hugh amount from them and then disappear.

Opulentus Sales person-Shreedevi was keep calling me and told me that getting a Canada visa is so easy and this is the time to grab the opportunity for the bright future.If you miss the opportunity and you will never ever get back because now Canada is approving Visa easily for Indian skilled workers.
So after speaking with her continuously i was convinced to start the evaluation IRR and they said positive to go ahead to process for visa application. Apart from Evaluation fees, i paid applications fees as well by taking personal loan.
Money paid: 1124 Rs for evaluation 70787 Rs for the FSW program.

As they suggested that this is the best option to choose with i had availed the Canada Federal skilled worker program which express entry.They given required documents checklist. I have managed to get all the documents in the span of 4 months. After submitting those documents they rejected my IELTS score saying its not eligible score.
After digging in to the visa process, found my self that my profile is not even reaching the minimum Comprehensive ranking system (CRS) score. Later when i asked they said you have to manage to get the offer letter from Canadian employer with additional IELTS score.
Failing which we are not going to process your application. After knowing the fact that i got completely cheated by them. I have asked for the Refund and they simply saying we can't provide refund.
Please take action against these type of consultancies are cheating many innocent people. I agree that i have made a mistake without checking their background, but they are doing cheating openly that's what i am not digesting. More over so many fellow Indians are getting fooled in every city where they have services. Now my amount got blocked past 2 years. I paid on May 2015.
Please suggest me how to get back my amount from these cheaters.

Due to false evaluation report generated intentionally by Opulentus team, Jubliee Hills (Point of contact Mary Theresa email : cc20.[protected]@opulentuz.com/[protected]@opulentuz.com ) i paid full amount of 60000/- towards Australia PR process.

I am surprised with Opulentus false report, then i approached their legal team, they too accepted their blunder/mistake but they are not refunding my amount. I have attached their email communication for your reference.
I sent multiple reminders and received no proper response from Opulentus.

I gave notice to Opulentus stating i will take legal action . So for now i am lodging this complaint here for resolution .Further i will initiate legal action if this is not addressed by Opulentus Overseas Careers, Hyderabad

I was promised by the Ms. Archana - Sales Team that Opulentus will definetly help me with some solution to initiate the OZ immigration inspite of my competent score in IELTS. She asked me to pay 40, 000/- for the further process & solutions. Believing her words & also considering the review from net, I paid them the required amount. But after paying the amount they started insisting me to write the IELTS & 7 in each band. Even before being there client I cleraly confirmed them that I attempted IELTS 4 times & was able to score only 6.5 score in writting. They promised me that they will help me with some solutions to get the PR without concentrating much on IELTS, but for that i need to pay them 1st.
When they were not able to provide me with solution other than writing IELTS (which they actually promised) & I asked them to refund the amount. By that time Ms. Archana resigned & were not ready to take the responsibility. I spoke with the Sales team Ms Sindhu & her manager for the refund but they were giving all stupid excuses. Its been 2 yrs now & they havent come back.
I request you all to be very careful while selecting a consultancy for immigration purpose. This process includes a great investment, so pls be aware of such fake & untrusted organisations.

I wanted to go to Australia and had paid money for getting the procedure done through Opulentus Services. I was not happy with their service and had asked to stop the procedure. I had asked for refund due to same, but instead I got a letter from them saying that they cannot refund me my money as I want to cancel it due to my personal reasons. I have a call recording with opulentus executive which clearly mentions that I am not happy with their service and want the money back. Also the representative had agreed that their service was not upto the mark. I got this letter on 11.12.2014 and I emailed them stating the same, but they never replied. I didn't know whom to contact. Today I got to know about consumer complaints and I am making my complain here.

I have approached Opulentuz for Canada Express entry Visa and they asked me to pay 1000 for doing assessment, I have paid 1000 and they mentioned assessment success. They asked me to pay 70, 000 for Opulentuz fee to get Visa. I have paid 35, 000 and i have not received proper service from them, I tried to approach some other consultant Visu acadamy and Bilimoria Associates who are doing same Canada Express entry Visa. They mention I am not eligible for Canada Express entry Visa itself, Now opulentuz is not ready to refund my money. Please help to get my money back.

I have opted Opulentus Service for Canada FSW programme. As per the first IRR report (Jan13), I have opted 68 point whereas minimum is about 67 points to get the eligible for PR-FSW Programme, whereas in second IRR which has been done in Jan-14 had been rejected.

Points:
- Work Experience : In second IRR (rejected IRR), my Work Experience is 0 (ZERO) / OUT OF 15 Point, with reason PROFILE DO NOT FIT IN THE LIST OF PREFERRED OCCUPATIONS AS PER LIST FOR MAY13 PROCESS, and IN MY FIRST IRR MY EXPERIENCE POINTS IS SET 15 / OUT OF 15.

IELTS : my IELTS points is set to 20 / out of 24, where I have not given IELTS and not given any details related to IELTS points / results while processing for IRR report ?

Both the above points is clearly proven that my First IRR was definitely wrong and just make it positive as per their wish to get money from me of Rs.80k.

Secondly, I have already asked in Apr14/May14 to stop the procedure by written mail from Opulentian Intranet and about in JUL/AUG 2013 I have asked for refund of my money, I have called 3-4 times to Ahmedabad office for refund and call to Call Center also for the same, but I won’t get any response from them.

I am lodging complaint to express my dis-satisfaction and inform the kind of employees your hire who fool people with their false and hopeless commitments.

Let me take you through the whole incident from Pune office where you have employed people who are expert in fooling people with false commitments and taking full money and when the time comes for money return they just walk away with no help and showing their true colours.

I am an old customer of Opulentus and had earlier applied for Australian immigration which is in progress and last year I went back to USA on B1 VISA.

On coming back from US, I approached Mrs. Sukanya Dutta Phone No.[protected] so as to resume my Australia process. She told me that I should go ahead with the Canada process since there are much better chances and she started fooling me from that day.

Agreeing with her I decided to go ahead with the process. I paid the initial half of the amount and promised her that I will be paying rest of the amount in the next month.

Later, I did some research for Canada prospects and found that the paper work Opulentus is expecting from me more as compared to other company. After discussing this with my parents they told me to go ahead with Australia only and not for Canada.

I informed her and requested her to initiate the amount I paid initially. She told me that if I pay full amount only in that condition I would be eligible to get full reimbursement. She gave me full assurance that she will give me the money in the next 15 days once I pay the full amount. She later told me to wait for 3 months and then she will raise the process for money back. Later I tried calling her, she never answered my call. Whenever, I used to call her phone she never picked my call and when I called your office they told me that she has left Opulentus.


On the same day, I found this suspicious and opted to visit your place and what I was saw was really shocking. She was there addressing customers.

She later talked to me and said that she will get the money back for my case. And this is the mail you have sent today.

I feel helpless, and therefore have decided to not to refer this fraud company who appoints such dacoit staff and looting people.


So guys dont ever opt for Opulentus. They loot you like anything.

They are good for nothing.

Opulentus Overseas Careers Pvt Ltd located at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad gave me false information and told me they will definitely help for Canada process but they asked to register by paying nearly 1 lakh rupees and they are too slow in process and i lost the dates to even apply for visa and i clearly told my dates before registering and now they are saying they can not help and asking to wait for 1 year and apply again. Too bad consultancy .

I visit delhi office on 8th june first time and met with Miss pooja. she asked me revelent question regarding the Danish green card. I was eligible for Danish green card as per her assesment but she recommended for IRR evaluation. I done IRR evaluation after a week and my report came opsitive as per thier team. I read the report and ask to pooja why your team gave me 40 points on language even i provided my ielts score which is over all 6 so they should have given me 20 points. my total score should be 80 as per my documents provided and I am not qualified but Pooja replied me that this report came positive so you are eligible but she did not mention that I have to re-apper Ielts exam or she might not be aware of the process.
This is totally fraud to me that your representative mis-guiding the customers and IRR report mis-lead the client. I am very upset with their services as well because when I was prospective customer then I was getting proper response, many calls from office but after i paid money and cought fraud with me, no body response.
I need my 100% money refund and my IRR fee as well.
I have not sign agreement with orignal signature.

Today, it has been 5th day since I complained about my concern but I did not see any action on it. As per services Industry, you are not giving satisfied service to your clients. your first contact person, counsellors start speaking lie then who will believe on company. I can only give you 3 more days to refund my money because it is already getting very late.
Please check and revert on urgent basis.
Note: my agreement is not effective because it is void on first step as I did not get service as per commitment.

I have been regularly discusing with your team when ever they call me. Your first consultant Miss. Pooja told me about eligibility and IRR report was not true and after that your team send me orientation email on 17 july but I was register on 30th June and My IRR was on 16 june.
At the time of my IRR and immigration rules was not changed and I was not qualified for Danish green card but your Pooja ji told me I was qualified because I got 100 points. You people are giving wrong reports to client and when he register no body take responibilities to services which is promised.
Please check my sign on orignal agreement and ask your pooja to about my case. I am going to complain about this fraud to legal department and all corporate industry.
I need my refund 100% and my Valuation money which is normally you refund when someone is not qualified.

Opulentus has just shattered my dreams by looting my hard earned money and doing with other clients as well.
I am Safety Officer by profession since completion of course but when I approached Opulentus for immigration, they suggested me Safety Inspector occupation which is rare to get invitation instead of OH&S Advisor which comes under 189 class. They have not even informed prior that there are two relevant occupations for immigration according my qualifications and experience. They are still just in their stand that we got positive outcome from Vetasess because we have selected right occupation but they don't understand that referral letter and resume is prepared from our (Client & Opulentus) side which is a big factor to make skill assessment positive.

Even, it was initially informed to Sales Coordinator that I am not having any penny to spend without assurance but it was confirmed that will get invitation and positive results.

I received positive outcome from Vetassess, assessing authority but got rejection from NT for sponsorship and now my dreams shattered as don't have any options left except waiting...

Its a blunder when we pay advance payment to [censored] service providers like Opulentus who loot out hard earned money from clients.

I have seen many complaints about Opulentus Visa migration company. Unfortunately I am also a victim of the fraud company. They charged 60000 for initial service. While the joining time they offered many options for different countries like Australia, Denmark, Honkong, Canada. After payment, the things were changed they don't even call.
