I visit delhi office on 8th june first time and met with Miss pooja. she asked me revelent question regarding the Danish green card. I was eligible for Danish green card as per her assesment but she recommended for IRR evaluation. I done IRR evaluation after a week and my report came opsitive as per thier team. I read the report and ask to pooja why your team gave me 40 points on language even i provided my ielts score which is over all 6 so they should have given me 20 points. my total score should be 80 as per my documents provided and I am not qualified but Pooja replied me that this report came positive so you are eligible but she did not mention that I have to re-apper Ielts exam or she might not be aware of the process.
This is totally fraud to me that your representative mis-guiding the customers and IRR report mis-lead the client. I am very upset with their services as well because when I was prospective customer then I was getting proper response, many calls from office but after i paid money and cought fraud with me, no body response.
I need my 100% money refund and my IRR fee as well.
I have not sign agreement with orignal signature.
I need your help to get my money back.

Today, it has been 5th day since I complained about my concern but I did not see any action on it. As per services Industry, you are not giving satisfied service to your clients. your first contact person, counsellors start speaking lie then who will believe on company. I can only give you 3 more days to refund my money because it is already getting very late.
Please check and revert on urgent basis.
Note: my agreement is not effective because it is void on first step as I did not get service as per commitment.

I have been regularly discusing with your team when ever they call me. Your first consultant Miss. Pooja told me about eligibility and IRR report was not true and after that your team send me orientation email on 17 july but I was register on 30th June and My IRR was on 16 june.
At the time of my IRR and immigration rules was not changed and I was not qualified for Danish green card but your Pooja ji told me I was qualified because I got 100 points. You people are giving wrong reports to client and when he register no body take responibilities to services which is promised.
Please check my sign on orignal agreement and ask your pooja to about my case. I am going to complain about this fraud to legal department and all corporate industry.
I need my refund 100% and my Valuation money which is normally you refund when someone is not qualified.

Opulentus has just shattered my dreams by looting my hard earned money and doing with other clients as well.
I am Safety Officer by profession since completion of course but when I approached Opulentus for immigration, they suggested me Safety Inspector occupation which is rare to get invitation instead of OH&S Advisor which comes under 189 class. They have not even informed prior that there are two relevant occupations for immigration according my qualifications and experience. They are still just in their stand that we got positive outcome from Vetasess because we have selected right occupation but they don't understand that referral letter and resume is prepared from our (Client & Opulentus) side which is a big factor to make skill assessment positive.

Even, it was initially informed to Sales Coordinator that I am not having any penny to spend without assurance but it was confirmed that will get invitation and positive results.

I received positive outcome from Vetassess, assessing authority but got rejection from NT for sponsorship and now my dreams shattered as don't have any options left except waiting...

Its a blunder when we pay advance payment to [censored] service providers like Opulentus who loot out hard earned money from clients.

I have seen many complaints about Opulentus Visa migration company. Unfortunately I am also a victim of the fraud company. They charged 60000 for initial service. While the joining time they offered many options for different countries like Australia, Denmark, Honkong, Canada. After payment, the things were changed they don't even call. We lost the money, service was very very ordinary. It can't go low than this. Or else we can't call it as a service. We raised for a refund. But they are not ready for the same saying that the amount they have taken for their service and you are not eligible.. We have started the legal processes against this fraud company for getting the refund and informed MARA also. Meantime, anybody can help me with the alternate options.

I am also a victim of Opulentus cheating. My id is 12369. The charged 60K for initial processing. When the joining time they offered many options in many countries in regards to my experience. I didn't know it was false promising. And the service was very very ordinary, It can't go low more. Simply they cheat people. I request you to, don't go to Opulentus. We have started legal processing for getting refund. Even I request for a refund also they are not willing. The Reviews whatever signs positive that are definitely Opulentus people added.

Hi, My name is N. Rajesh, I want to complaint on Opulentus Overseas Careers Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad. I approached to them for Australian Immigration service, where in they have not mentioned any details on what documents are required before the money was paid. After paying money (73, 000 INR) only the revealed list of documents, in which it contained referral letters needed from my previous companies. I tried to get those referral letters, but one of my previous company and present company refused to give referral letters. I explained the same to Opulentus team for many times and asked for refund of my money. They told that there will be some investigation from their side (Investigation Team name is Divergence Team) and it takes 90 days to give the feedback. After 90 days when i asked for my money they said that the money cant be refunded. As they said so, I requested them to transfer my case from Australian Immigration to Canada Immigration. For this also they said no and asking to pay another 70, 000 INR to start Canada Immigration. Even here also they havent mentioned what are the documents required for this process. So please help me in getting my money back and filing a case against Opulentus. They are making fun of Customers money and no proper response is also given to customers. Please help me out in this. I approached Opulentus Overseas Edu Pvt ltd(http://www.opulentuz.com/) last year. Their luring promises made me believe them and hand over hard earned 70, 000 to them after a through profile analysis(again a paid one). It’s been an year now, my PR has been rejected because by the time my application reached them, the global quota was filled. Opulentus did not tell any of the thing which actually happened. During the profile analysis, they approved the profile with flying colors. 2 Months later, they told me my masters degree will get me 0 points. (How is that even possible?). I inquired the actual score on my own and educated their staff. This process took around 2 months and by december, 2014 I finally submitted my application. They were still confident that I will get the PR(yes, PR) in the next 3-4 months. However when I did not hear back from CIC for next 2-3 months, I asked Opulentus to inquire the matter for which they raised their hands that they can’t do anything. Its been 6 months now and I received a mail from CIC that my application was returned 2 months back because the global quota was filled.
Here is how Opulentus played unethical:
1. Before accepting the application, they did a complete profile analysis for which they charged extra. 2 months later, that analysis turned out to be wrong.
2. They told me that my masters degree would get me 0 points, which was not true. But they ate up so much time to conclude that.
3. Poor follow up. They took 6 months to file an application.
4. While applying, why did they not check the global quota? If it was already filled, I would have waited for express entry only.
5. When I did not hear back from CIC for 6 months, they did not do anything and suggested me to wait for few more months. I waited for 6 more months to realize that I have wasted entire year with Opulentus.

My name is Kiran Kumar, I went to Opulentus to get a service to migrate to Australia. Before I went there a person
(Name - Fathima) called me many times and asked to apply for this Australian
Immigration. I trusted her and went there, and she said as it was so simple and
easy to get Australian PR and she hasn't displayed any kind of documentation
before the payment was made and told based on my experience and qualification
it is so easy for me to get Australian PR. And she convinced me with all these
details and made me pay 73, 000 INR to them. After that they revealed the
documents list in which it contained referral letters from previous and current
company should be submitted for further process. As they said to submit
referral letters I tried getting those from my previous and current company
also. And I said on the first day itself to them after making the payment that
my companies will not provide me referral letters. But they convince me to try
for those and I tried for the same and was refused by my companies. I said the
same and asked them for refund of money as I cant go further. But they said
there will be an investigation that will long for 90 days and I have to ait till that time. After 90 days they responded back saying that they will
not refund my money back.

I haven't utilized any king of services from them till now,
then also they refused to pay my money back. So in this scenario I am
approaching here, so please me help me out in this case. Opulentus is such a fraud company as I have seen many people loosing
their money and time by investing there. Please help me out in getting my money
back.

I have signed an agreement for canada imigration service by paying Rs. 78000 for which From last one year I didn't receive any service except mail communication. As per the agreement, a portion of amount has to refunded in case of not processing for this service. Now they have closed my login ac and told me that I am not eligible for any refund through phone.

I have paid Rs. 70000 + 8000 (service tax) at the time of taking service. As per the agreement they need to refund 90% of the amount if they fail to provide the service.

I have not received any kind or service or co operation from them.

the fraud immigration visa company named Opulentus Immigration Overseas
Careers Pvt Ltd.

I am writing this complaint after ultimate frustration from the
OPULENTUS COMPANY Mumbai and Hyderabad branches.

The company does nothing except duping the people of their hard earned
income. This I have experienced like many others after signing up for
Australia Immigration by paying a huge sum of 75, 000 INR by cash
Reg.ID. OPUL 22456 on 15 Jan 2013 in
mumbai branch. They cheated me by repeated lies and giving false info
about my eligibility on education on the basis of IELTS scores diplomatically. Ms.preeti from hydrabad branch is also responsible for this.
They never inform clients about the pros and cons of the process. At the
time of signup they beg us and promise getting a visa/PR is an easy
job, after we pay the money they start revealing the actual problems.
They lied to me in every step of the process since the first day.
Theirs is a worst service and they tortured me like anything .They
changed the case officers every day and would not listen to me and
behaved like illiterates, only language they understand is MONEY.
they also told me to pay for tra application that was 1000 aus dollar to the austrilia goverment even though i was not eligable to apply for that country and then paid listening to them an my result came negative from aus govermenti also have got the letter from them why i was not selected, and this was b they dont no there job and they didnt guide me at all .
They are total fraudsters please take strict action against them.
I lost almost 1, 50, 000 INR to them; they are not even refunding the amount.
And know they told me wait 90days for the refund but then i called preeti from opulentus divergenc team head she told that we cant refund my money even if we have made mistake and that letter that has come from austrilia goverment show that they didnt guide me properly and they dont know what is the eligibility to austrilia.

I can provide all the references when required. They have cheated many
innocent people like me. I have the print screen shots of all the
complaints registered against this company and other proofs against
these cheaters that have aggravated me to this proclamation...

Please I request you to bring these people’s fraudulence to light and
save innocent people
from falling into their traps.
And help me to get my total refund amount of INR .I 75000 and 56000 that i have paid to the Australia government because of there wrong guideline i lost money as
well as my one year precious time and effort after these cheaters.

Fraud company has taken INR 45, 000 from me to process Australian visa. When they took the amount, they said that the process is easy and will cost Rs. 2, 80, 000. Once it was started, I came to know that the total expense will be at least Rs. 5, 000, 00. There was no process initiated and when I asked for a refund they have sent me 2 stupid papers explaining about no refund.
Learning and Advise: Never trust companies like "Opulentus Overseas Careers".


Also there are lot of people now falling into the trap. Guys don't fall into the trap.

I would like to file a complaint against Opulentus Overseas Immigration services.

I availed Opulentus services for Canada immigration and paid the entire fees of. I was told that in case my application is not successful, I would get 50-75% refund. Unfortunately, due to certain changes in Canada Immigration I was not eligible hence I couldn’t not apply.

However, when I asked for my refund they were not ready to give my 50-75 per cent as promised in the beginng, but only 20 per cent. After several emails and repeated phone argument, they agreed to pay 50% refund. But I still have not received my refund, and when I call them they make number of excuses and just waste my time and telephone bill.

This refund request has been going on for over 6 months now. I have called them several times, spending lots money on phone, repeated emails and harassment in being referred to various individuals in the company. I have requested them to deposit my refund directly in my account or send me a DD in my residential address in Gurgaon, but they just make excuses and do nothing to give me my refund.

I am writing this so that other individuals who are due to avail services from Opulentus are aware what they are getting into. I also intned to send them a legal notice and take legal action against them.

Please be aware of this international fraud company who provide visa assistance to various countries.

This company is not authorized to provide any advise or visa filing for new zealand, but they hid this information and more than 50 customers who trusted opulentus for nz visa, not only lost the money the paid as fees to opulentus, but lakhs of rupees which they directly paid to nz immigration for eoi filing, smc application etc.

About a year back I had applied for Quebec Immigration,unfortunately to my theoughts I trusted Opulentus to help me wtih thee process, and I paid a fee of Rs. 55,000/- to them to complete the services.

Due to some of my family issues, about 3 monthes back on 15th Oct 2012 I withedrew my application for immigration and submitted refund request.

Since theen I am calling and only following up with Opulentus almost everyday at their Hyderabad HO, but unfortunately I only get to hear that their legal team will get back me.

Requesting you to please hear my plight as I have been put through a lot of pain by Opulentus in getting my refund back.
