I have made a contract with Opulentus last Nov 2019, the sales team is not good at passing information to their CUSTOMERs. Their main intention is just to grab money by showing false information and VERY GOOD at manipulating CUSTOMERs. firstly, they say you everything positive's regarding immigration, people like me who don't know about the immigration process believe whatever they say. once you sign a contract and money are dumped in their account all negatives come out like service expiry, IELTS scores. Though they mention everything in the contract, however, it's impossible to read all 15 pages in 10 mins and sign it. later they start to send emails just one day before the expiry of service and expect us to renewal with the extra money it's totally ###.
if you really concern about your CUSTOMER while counseling please, brief correctly, may it is a business technic to get money but it's not fair. Money what we paid you as not come for free it's our blood and sweat. I almost lost 70k moreover I sign the contract so, I could not go for legal actions at least my complaint may save the rest of the people who are looking for opulentus. even I learned a great lesson trusting companies like opulnetus is foolish thing.
