I signed up for Australia Immigration in 2018 and paid an amount of 65000.I didnt avail any services as there has been health issues of my father few months after I signed up.I was always of the opinion that since I'm paying for the services, should there be some exigencies a fair degree of flexibility will be offered.
In 2019 March, My father had a brain stroke and was paralyzed .My family needed my support.This year in the month of Feb he passed away.
Requested the opeluntus team to proportionately charge me as per the services rendered OR defer the service contact date this year so that I can pursue the immigration process.
The Opulentus team intends to make money by these means.Looking at the number of refund complained on the consumer forum site, seems like this us the source of income for Opulentus.
Note:At the end the contract, you will be forced to accept that the contract is ended as a pop up appear on the intranet login.For the last 3 months I have been informed that the refund is in process and I cannot talk to the customer service dept.
Last week the legal team says not a penny of 65000 will be refunded.These guys have ripped me off.
Also..my experience regarding the service too was bad.they keep changing the case officers who do not understand the case.It was promised that Ielts coaching will be given which was denied.they just do the post man job.ask you to upload documents n follow up through automated response.If they were indeed customer centric the case officer assigned should have intimated me that WE need to complete all formalities in one year...may be reaching out in the initial days for deferment or cancellation would have helped.
