Please dont believe the sales team sitting at the offices. They will lure you by giving all false commitments. Once you pay off the fees, forget about the services. They will ask you to create express entry profile and thats it. After that you have to keep on calling them for details regarding PNP and other options. The refund policy is totally ###. They will never pay you 1 percent of the money that you have paid and once your service agreement expires, they will just ask you to renew it or else they are helpless. I have also referred my friend also and he is also regretting taking this ### services. Also want to let you all know that they are shutting offices slowly and steadily. Already few branches in Mumbai have shut down and the fake so called career counsellors have been laid off.

I have paid 1.5 lac to Opulentous on the false pretex for Canada Immigration Program. The renewal and sales team is really helpless when it comes to providing seniors contact details. I have been trying to seek assistance by way of sending complaint mails but all my efforts are failing because time and again they are referring agreement contact. I have lost my job and presently residing in Gujarat and their HO is in Hyderabad. Now currently Opulentous is requesting me to renew contract by paying another lump sum amount. I urge people in this group, not to go through contract information and check with people before signing it. I have big story to mention but time is not permitting. Even me and my friend had been trapped on similar grounds. They will behave professionally with you until you make the payment. Once they receive your payment, they are least bothered to provide services. Every time they have some or the other excuses. Worst services ever. Even our Consumer forum doesnt take action on such fraudsters.
