Orange Holidays — Unable to receive amount paid to orange holidays for the package not being booked by Orange holidays

We have booked OOty package with ornage holidays and transferred amount top Organge holidays for the same for stay in ooty.
But when we reached ooty came to know that orange holidays did not book any hotel on our name though we have paid amount.
When we are calling to sort out the issue the contact numbers mentioend in website and the ones that were given to us are not reachable.
