I booked a ticket with redbus since there was only one female seat available redbus converted my gender i tried to reach out to customer care and it was always on hold next day morning i reached orange travels and boarded the same bus and agreed to sit in cabin even after paying sleeper AC amount, after moving to some distance Agent used very abusive language over the phone and I was asked to get down bus.I struggled for 3 hours to go back missed my working day, minor accident where i got down..tweeted the same https://twitter.com/HakeemSabri3/status/[protected]?s=19 Ticket No: TN[protected] PNR: 95363324 Was this information helpful? | |||
