Orange Tours And Travels — driver negligence and no proper care of customers | |
Hi, I have booked a ticket today i. E on 14th february, 2018 from hyderabad to visakhapatnam and the pickup point is nizampet at 21:35. I was waiting since 21:20 but driver didn't call me and left boarding point, when i called the driver i got the rude response that my details are missing in his list and he is not going to come back to my boarding point (4kms away) to pick me up After half an hour asked me to come to lb nagar to board the bus After 45 minutes got the update that the refund will be initiated and assured that i will get the full refund in 24 hours Seeing all this, how can i trust orange travels for my next journey/depend on orange travels for my future journeys Please initiate the refund for the below 3 pnr no's asap and make sure it doesn't repeat again 12278981 12279061 12279172 Thanks Was this information helpful? | |

To start with I would say overall it was awful and pathetic customer service and never thought crew had behaved such a worst manner in spite of request from our end and no information provided from crew regarding the drop timings.
The entire India aware about the Bangalore traffic and we got stuck near to Kormangala due to heavy traffic and multiple traffic lights we couldn’t able to reach the pick point on time @9.00 pm
We have reached at travel office at 9.10 PM but the bus were departure and we have contacted the bus driver and he told that bus will be stopped near Silk board.
We have rushed over Silk board but bus was left from there. Finally no bus ticket available in all the private bus and we came through Government bus via Salem. We have spent 3500/- for bus ticket and the same was lost.
Kindly review and consider the situation and refund the amount. No proper response from customer service and also in office at Kormangala.
