As I received a better opportunity in my life, i had to leave orchids International School, due to which i could serve notice period of only a month which I had made very clear. The principal and HR had agreed to it then and promised me to return my original document and salary. But on my last day they are saying that I need to complete 90 days of notice period or my salary and document will not be returned. I do not understand why could they not mention these rules when I had given resignation and not on my last day. It is absolutely unprofessional and illegal to hold on to someone's salary and original document. Was this information helpful? |
