My Child Adhvik Baweja Grade 1 B is student of Sec 41, Gurgaon Branch, yesterday he was hit by a student of same Grade and got the serious injury below his right eye. My daughter is in Sector 14 Kopar khairane, Orchid int school. Their initial fee was 60k+10k for seat reservation+18k for school books and uniforms. My son is born on 23rd Dec 2017 I had taken admission for nursery in the academic year 2020 to 2021 due to Covid he was not ready for online classes and by then I had paid full year fees, at that situation school didn’t refund my school fees instead they said they will...

I have requested refund of the uniform fees on feb 15th 2022. They have mentioned that it will take 45-50 days to refund. Intially i asked them to refund last year as it was online school and they have returned to student wallet which can be used only in orchids which itself i have asked not to do so. But since now i have taken TC i have asked them to return the amount and till date i have not received the refund, rather they are just giving excuse and i also informed them we cant keep chasing as student are moved to other school but parent voice are in vain. Kindly help us in getting the refund at the earliest.

Kindly note thar Jalahalli branch people arr least concerned about parents and they dont have any knowledge and they speak like they are thewhole ans sole owner of ghe school.

When i visited frontdesk and asked for one shot payment concession and they are are like i have asked their own money and they directly say you can take your TC and their wwords are final.

I paid initial registration fees and part of fees as well. I never received an receipts for the same inspite of me asking to counselor many times.
I used call every now on then stating fees structure has changed and literally 5 times the fees structure every since I registration and part fees payment.
The school isn't built yet and in a good faith I attempted to be a part of the school journey assuming things will be better, after having understood that fees is constantly changing I'm at fear so have decided not go with Orchid.

I have called counselor to get my amount refunded as I'm not at fault, it fault of people who kept changing the fees structure and cannot be bothered of fees every now and then. I work just like other and I'm sure all o[censored]s make payment of fees however if school decided to keep changing it is frustrating.
I'd humbly request some senior in management to contact me and get it sorted. I'm sure especially in these tough times it is difficult to not get our hard earned returned especially if it's not your fault

I look forward to hearing from senior in the school management so solve my issues at earliest

Can you please check my request and help me in getting my hard earned money back.

Please find attached proofs which i paid to school during enquiring about admission.
I did not even submit admission form or any details of my kid and told them that i am not admitting my kid to school, within hours after paying special development fee ( one-time).

School claims that once amount paid cannot be refunded. I agree admission fee and application fee/registration fee will not be refunded, but why the fee will not be refunded when i didnot even given a written confirmation of admission or any id proofs of my kid or mine.

I am tired calling school, i discussed with lower level of school management till Principal but still no use.

They upfornt say that is not in our school management norms.

We just take money but willl never give it back - this is the policy on which school runs.

I sincerely feel, they are educated beggers -- taking hard earned money of parents.

As a parent i serious curse this school to stop working asap... they don't have basic ethics itself and what they do they plan to teach kids.

I have received e-mails and whatsapp messages to my mobile number for Orchid International Schools citing that I have sought admission into their school in Chennai - I live in Bangalore! I even got a call from Mr Ebin, the education counsellor at their end, yesterday.

I politely explained to him that I have not sought admission and how did they receive my data (email and mobile number). I asked him to delete it. He said he will delete it.

But, today, again I receive a mail about the admission process. I have blocked the number on WhatsApp and I have sent a strong mail to the school to not repeat this tomorrow. Once is a mistake. Second time is an offence.

Please investigate this further.

Very low quality of education. Teachers English is very low. To quote, few words used by teachers are"singed", " sanged" and " letter v sounds Violet"please do not put your child in this school.

These schools are collecting huge money from the parents amidst the trouble of corona pandemic and they have taken extra money for online study materials from the parents.. The school management makes money from the blood of teacher's. Teachers are not even provided with necessary needs for conducting online classes. Teachers were paid with less salary, most of the teacher's salary goes on EMI of laptop and internet bills, and its management staff are highly paid only conducting meeting. Teachers are compulsory to attend meeting and training apart from classes. Teachers are not paid, if the children's are not attending online classes.

The school is continuously pressuring all parents to pay fees or else u will not be able to give exams n have to repeat the year .they r continuously calling us n demanding full 1st term fees otherwise we will discontinue ur online studies also this is really like a torture .we have being paying the fees on time till now can't they understand our issues for now
Firstly they asked to pay for books in April rs 15800 or else we will discontinue ur online classes we manged to pay it but now they r demanding the entire 1st term fees which includes all such activities which the students haven't used
