Orchids International School — Orchids International School, Pallikaranai Admission canceled but fee not refunded

We have Taken Admission for our Child in Orchids International School for Grade-1. Until now, we have Paid the Below: Admission fee - 11, 500 (Application - 200, Registration - 1300, Seat Blocking - 10, 000). As part of a Discount provided, Rs 5000 only taken as Admission fee and remaining 5000 will be adjusted in overall academic fees. Books and Uniform Fees - 22, 266 Extra Uniform Order Fees - 3449 All the Fees were paid before 10th of May-2023. After few days, Due to unforeseen circumstances and my wife has received a provisional admission from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai to Pursue M.E. (Computer Science) based on her Application on 10th June 2023. Due to the same, we had to relocate to Madurai, TN. We had genuinely raised this concern with Mr. Arun Vijay who helped in the Admission process and his response was that Except Rs. 1500 (Application - 200, Registration - 1300), the remaining fees can be refunded with an approval and he will work on the Approval once we provide the Proof of Relocation. The Proof of Relocation i.e. Provisional Admission and Fee payment to my Wife's M.E. Course and My Son's Grade-1 Admission in Madurai has been sent through email on 21 Jun 2023, 10:54. We have already promised that all the materials received can be returned as same. After this, Its almost 2 Months. Every Day we used to follow-up but the response will be it will be done soon but after couple of weeks, we were told that Arun Vijay is no longer working or transferred so we need to follow up with Muthu. I have followed up with Muthu from 7th of July to Today's Date where he stopped answering emails, call etc. Its our hard earned money and we have a genuine reason for relocation and we have already relocated. Please help us on recovery of these hard earned money. I can share a my Postpaid Statement on how many times that i have done a follow-up on this. Approaching here for resolution.
