I have booked a ticket through Confirmticket application on 15th Nov'33. During the transaction amount got deducted twice and i immediately requested for refund. On 27th Nov'23 onwards the application showing as they have refunded the amount in my credit card whereve as it's not done even till 1st of Dec'23. Whenever I contacted their customer care they repeated to wait for me even after sharing my problem and credit card statement with them. Now they are asking me to book a complaint with my bank as they have initiated the refund. My question is when I they have refunded and their fund not reached to us then it's their duty to check and confirm the refund. If any amount deducted customer's account and this same company not received the amount will they allow customer to book the ticket or will they talk to customers bank for the failure of transaction?. This is just moving away from the responsibility or a type of fraud.
IRTCTC should not allow such operators to work for a government organization and just do frauds. Was this information helpful? |
