Refund due to double payment

Address:B4, Jai Laxmi CHS Ltd, Vidya Mandir Marg, Vasai West - 401202

I have booked a ticket through Confirmticket application on 15th Nov'33. During the transaction amount got deducted twice and i immediately requested for refund. On 27th Nov'23 onwards the application showing as they have refunded the amount in my credit card whereve as it's not done even till 1st of Dec'23. Whenever I contacted their customer care they repeated to wait for me even after sharing my problem and credit card statement with them....

denied check-in in spite of booking confirmed

I had booked at oyo16936 - champion orchid bangalore for 11th and 12th of november 2018. Booking reference - mrbd 0172. This first time experience turned out to be a nightmare. I was with my family and arrived from goa at 7.15 on the morning and was blatantly and rudely denied check in saying there are no rooms available. I had confirmed the twice with the hotel reception once, soon after booking and second time just before leaving goa on...

Expired chocolates delivered and no replacement till date
