This is regarding my order having number #4402. I had ordered it without logging into the platform by mistake and surprisingly the platform also didn't ask me to sign up. And now I am not able to track or cancel my order. I had sent the cancellation request within 1 hour of order but no response came form their side. No contact number is given and I had also emailed them several times still no response. Moreover, the delivery time is much longer so I thought of cancelling the order but the website did not permit.
