They cheat people and mislead them on return policy. He has my money and the product also back with him. They have no decency to update me either on my money or the replacement product...

In the Evening i order my galaxy a32 5g back cover for my phone but it was quiet expensive. pls cancel the order and give me my refund

I have requested for a refund for a product that I had ordered. I have dropped multiple emails requesting a refund and to cancel the order. I haven't received any response.

I ordered Sonoff TH16 which is a wifi switch for heavy devices on Dec 11 2022. For the follow up email sent on Dec 20, I received a reply from support saying that it will take upto three months. Now three months are passed. Support is not replying to my emails and there is no sight of the product. My online account with order2India also is disabled it seems as I am unable to login using my email id....

I complaint several times but I didn't get any response till .I haven't get any details regarding my order is placed even it's already paid payment of 2697 .

The mentioned order number was not fulfilled by the given seller, and while enquiring for the updates on order, no response was provided. The tracking ID has no significance, as nothing can be tracked by it.

i have emailed the website support, twice, but no response was provided, which is bare minimum when you mention about an email address entirely for updates/queries.

Request for at least a response, so that the status is known, and if not, to be cancelled and refunded accordingly.

This is regarding my order having number #2977.I had ordered Pc IBM 25R8864 x206m x3200 x3400 x3500 Simple Swap 3.5" SAS SATA bracket.l8 on 26th September 2022 and I had also emailed them several times still no response. They are not providing any update for the same.

This is regarding my order number 3241. Its been very long since I ordered a product and till date there is no update. There is no way to track or even a contact number to answer the Status. Don't know what is the current state. This is simply frustrating as the amount is already paid. Haven't seen such a kind of website or service till date. I am going to move the consumer court very soon if this is not fulfilled soon....
