[Resolved] Order2India — Not received the product even after three months of ordering

I ordered Sonoff TH16 which is a wifi switch for heavy devices on Dec 11 2022. For the follow up email sent on Dec 20, I received a reply from support saying that it will take upto three months. Now three months are passed. Support is not replying to my emails and there is no sight of the product. Mar 25, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved A couple of days after I logged in the complaint in https://www.consumercomplaints.in/, the order2india support responded to my email and later provided refund to my GPay number. Hence marking this as resolved
