[Resolved] Orderyourchoice.com — Online cake delivery order

I have tried placing an order for cake delivery online through Orderyourchoice on 18/04/2017 for which I tried making the payment through PayTM,
Transaction was successful through PayTM and transaction ID also got generated however I didn't get any order confirmation through Orderyourchoice,
I have been trying to call up the customer also raised two concerns through their website however have got any resolution till now,
Kindly get me the amount paid to Orderyourchoice refunded ASAP,
Failing to do so I would seek assistance through consumer court if I don't get any revert on this by Monday (24/04/2017).

Updated by Gaurab_Misra I have tried odering cake online through Orderyourchoice.Com on 18th April for which I made the payment of INR/- 598. through PayTM,
Payetment did go through and I got the transaction confirmation on PayTM however I didn't get any order confirmation for the same,
I have been trying to reach out Orderyourchoice Customer Care since 18th April however even after multiple attempts I have not been able to reach any one to get my concern addressed so far,
I have already raised my concern through PayTM as I haven't got the amount paid refunded even though it's more than 72 Hrs now.
Kindly look into this and get my issues resolved ASAP.
