Orient Electric has the worst customer service ever possible.
I purchased an aeroslim fan on raised installation request on 3rd April 2022, when the technician came he said that the motor is faulty, I bought a replacement of the fan immediately but to my surprise, even that was defective as its motor was making sound, therefore my complaint/request was not completed, I placed a request for new fan from the shop and found out that my complaint had already been closed without my knowledge and without me giving the satisfaction code. They asked me to raise the complaint again on 7th April 2022 and said that they would look into the matter and get it installed the next day, but I still didn't get any response from anyone and when I contacted them again on 8th April, they are asking me to wait for some more time again to get it installed.
Highly unprofessional behavior, I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from orient electric, in fact, would urge them to go for some other company.
