I have bought a ARETA Orient Fan SN[protected], on 18th November from Velocity Electricals and Hardware, Cosmos Complex, Shop Number 2, Opp. Happy Valley, Thane West, Phone :[protected], bill number 526 on 18th November 2015. As soon as it was installed, it was making chopping and squeaking sounds. We escalated it immediately. Since then we are waiting and are given a SLA of one hour, that someone will come and install it in an hour, now when we are calling them, the response is that Orient hasn’t responded to them yet. Please help as we are unable to sleep in my bedroom due to the noise.Your electrician visited our house and said the sound the fan is making because that's the way it's designed... I must say your service is worse than your fans or should I say you have bad fans.Can u arrange for someone to come and take the fan from me... Its junk and i want to give to you for free. I have complained through your website, via calls and social networking but the problem hasn't been taken care of.
