Hi,
I had purchased orient subaris solo fan in june 2017. It has decorative light provision. One of the smallest part received in packing was not appropriate. Hence registered a request 4 months ago.
Customer service is so so bad, i have very bad experience and no response from 4 months. Nobody bother to respond back or serve to customer.
It was mistake that i have bought orient fan.
I will never recommend this to anyone in future.
Your team should improve on this.
I don't understand what kind of rocket science it is, that they are taking so much of time.
Pathetic service i have even seen.
If possible take note of it and solve my problem. Though i have very less hope from you.
