I purchased 4 ceiling fans and after a week it started noise. I have coplaint twice but no action taken by the company.
Coplaint no. C[protected], c[protected], c[protected] and c[protected]

After many days of wait someone arrived and said they will replace the fan. He asked to sign on complaint paper as issue not resolved. I did the same. He also promised someone will contact but no callback reveived from anyone.
