Orient Electric India — cheating my geyser is not working since 1st aug i lodged a complaint 20 days ago no response nd service from them

I purchased a 15ltrs geiser from shree nath electricals and he gave a company warranty to such geiser and it is not working since 1st august and shree nath electricals lodged a complaint on behalf o[censored]s. Now its 22nd day but no service. They (Shree nath electricals gajwel) made us to purchase orient product saying their service will be good in case of any problem. But they proved those words are wrong. Waiting for quick service from them.
