I have purchased an electric geyser 3 L, Instant Water Geyser (Aquapro IWAP03VPSM3) through Flipkart on 6th Nov'2020. From past 4 months geyser is not working properly. Technicians do visit time and again to fix the issue however the problem is still reoccurring.
At first visit, Geyser was not switching on, Technician replaced the heating element as it was under warranty which fixed the issue though green indicator stopped working at which I was told that it is not covered under warranty and needs to be purchased from a local store, i was then replaced on another visit when I bought the same.
After few weeks, again geyser stopped working and wasn't switching on at all, Technician visited and stated that auto cut wasn't working due to which geyser wasn't functioning, it worked for a week and now I am facing the same issue, 'Geyser is not switching on', this time technician stated that there is an issue again with the heating element as a result he replaced the same, upon replacing the element even geyser is not working so at last he said this might be an issue with the thermostat which needs to be replaced. Now the technician is on hunt for another replacement for thermostat. Winters are heading towards end now and the problem is getting worsened day by day with no proper fix.
My only concern is, are the technicians not knowledgeable enough to understand the issue and help customers rather making excuses with the product. Upon going through my situation described above, this is extremely unprofessional attitude of the Technicians/Customer Care where only complains can be logged however solution is not provided which results in customer dissatisfaction. Product has stopped working, indicators are to be replaced within an year o[censored]sage than one can clearly expect these issues in future too when warranty wouldn't be there.
Please do understand the issue/requirement and replace the geyser as I can not log complains every week or another to have it repaired, this is clearly yours and customer waste of time else I can expect the money to be refunded so that I can go for a better option this time.
