I have purchased a exuast fan dated 22-11-15 vide product no. s. no. hh 15 12 du 0004115. after a few month of purchase suddenly fan out of order. i have complained customer care centre after a week ur engineer visit our house, found fan motor out of order. he assure us that i will mail a complaint to the company a very another day ur fan will be ok. after a week not engineer visit our house for resolve the problem. what a service of orient. a very poor service. no one visit or call us for when the fan will be ok. i[censored] want ur product more sale then activate ur engineer to resolve the problems o[censored]r customer. now in question?

I having a selling fan under warranty which having speed problem from last month (20.8.2016.) ... after compliant so many time on toll free no. they are not providing the service...every time they said we solve ur problem in working 48 hours...
