Orient Electric India — Fan makes rattling noise

The complaint was registered on Aug 21. The video of the fan noise was sent to the service engineer on Aug 27, he immediately reverted back that blades need to be changed. He said he had put the request for the blades and will be available in 3-4 days... However, it's more than a week now and blades are not replaced.
