We purchased Orient fan Rapid Air brn on Jan 3rd which has the warranty of 1 year for the parts. We installed it in newly constructed house in Feb month and now only tenants occupied. Not even two days they used the fan is not working. I raised a complaint on Aug 6th and they said 24hrs to 48hrs we will assign the technician... It didn't happened and again I called customer care and I spoke to senior customer executive then he diverted the call to senior service venter head and his name called Mr. Saimon Thomas.
He get my number and asked me to send the fan pic and warranty card and he said he will resolving the problem by next day. For connect these persons I took 1 hr... Next day I called Mr.Saimon he messaged me he is in meeting and after that I didn't get any response...
What a worst service they are providing.. I followed them for 5 days it didn't happened .. They least bother about the customer and r not responsible to see whether the issue is closed are not. Its not matter of money but these people are making to run behind them. At last we will not get proper response. We fed up with these guys and we took to near electric shop.
Waste of time investing with these guys.
