Orient Electric India — I tome fan purchased and Orient is not sending technician for free installation

Bought 7 i tome fans off amazon 3 days ago. on 30th may 2022, and was offered free installation. Been on the call with Orient, currently put on hold for the past half hour, they are refusing to send installation technicians ONLY to my pincode in kolkata. Said it's available in other parts of kolkata! What does that even mean? And now left me on hold for so long.
