Orient Electric India — I Tome fan stopped working within warranty due for replacement over 34 days now

I don't know but I am writing this totally frustrated Orient electric service. I bought 2 Orient fan from Amazon perceiving as a good brand and to experience ITome fan to save energy which is the utmost requirement at this point for our environment. I support your
Orient company's mission to innovate more such appliances. One I Tome fan out of 2 stopped working after few days. I registered a complaint and the service guy verified it 5 weeks ago. Orient customer service is worthless sending only Assurance emails to calm down the customer saying they are discussing this matter and not actually doing something for customers. This will only bring down orient's business with no other outcome. I want you to look into this grievance so that orient repair/replace this fan at the earliest with no more excuses.
