I raised the complaint about my malfunctioning geyser 40 days back, following up to which a technician visited and saw that the tank is leaking. and because of which the lower outer body got rusted.
He told to replace the tank since it was already under warranty. When he came back with new tank he said the outer lower body also needs to be changed. So, I told to add in the complaint and let us know what exactly needs to be done to get it working.
For few days (almost 15 days) we didn't get to hear from him. I called to know about the status to which he doesn't answer and redirect me to his supervisors.
I again raised complaint then through customer care but no action has been taken till now.
I have completely lost my faith in this company and the services it provides. Kindly help here.
