Orient Electric India — Loud hitting sounds in fan

I bought this fan 4 months back and already it is making horrible loud sounds. I complained once and the service person came and did something and went.. again the loud sounds started after 10 mins. I have complained again. The person who came was not even property equipped. Kindly look into this and replace the fan.it is very difficult to follow up like this.!
