Bought a mixie fom orient three months ago. It is not working now and a complaint has been logged since nov 18th. Complaint no, c[protected]. My mobile number is [protected]. The main complaint number representatives do not resolve the problem and delegate to chennai incharge, ramesh ([protected]) who is not responding properly on mobile or arranging even a door visit by technician. Poorest service and money gone completely. Could you please take this up and arrange for the company to give a complete refund for the mixie.
