This complaint is regarding the orient ceiling fan that i have purchased recently on date 25 april 2019. I have already registered the complaint on 3rd may regarding the noise in the fan. They told me that the technician will visit your home within 24 to 48 hours but there is no such visit till now.
It's extremely disappointing to have such behaviour towards customer from. Such a reputed company.

Updated by Kiran_18 There is neither any call nor any technician has been sent by the company even after the complaint. Really disgusting company.
Kindly resolve the issue or I will have to adopt some other means to resolve my problem
